Soy Sauce with Chilli and Garlic

An extra little kick for nearly any Asian dish you get your hands on. If you’re not in the mood for chilli, try coriander and minced ginger instead.

Don't be fooled by the simplicity. This dip is very easy to make and goes a long way for har kow, steamed fish, stir-fried morning glory… the possibilities are endless. 

Naturally Vegan. 
Ingredients:
  • 80ml light soy sauce
  • 3 red bird’s eye chilli, sliced (seeds removed if you don’t want it too spicy)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
What to do:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Voila!
