Golden Coconut Milk

Getting stressed from WFH or have exams coming up? Do you get a bloated tummy from anxiety? Try some golden coconut milk to soothe those pains. Clove, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon... all anti-inflammatory spices that help ease the bloating. This is good for the ladies too.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 300ml water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 clove
  • 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • a dash of black pepper
  • honey or brown sugar or coconut sugar to taste

What to do:

  1. Heat everything in a small saucepan until you see small bubbles forming. Do not let it boil
  2. Pour into a mug and enjoy
